3.2 Gigs
Sellers create Gigs on JobsWifi to offer their services to buyers. Gigs must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sellers are responsible for delivering the services described in their Gigs to the buyer.
3.3 Gig Extras
Sellers may offer Gig Extras to buyers, which are additional services that can be purchased in addition to the seller’s Gig. Gig Extras must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.4 Levels
Sellers on JobsWifi can achieve different Levels based on their performance and activity on the platform. Each Level provides additional benefits and opportunities for the seller.
3.5 Pro Freelancers
Pro Freelancers are a select group of highly skilled and experienced sellers on JobsWifi. Pro Freelancers have access to additional benefits and opportunities on the platform.They offer premium services and enjoy exclusive perks.
3.6 Seller Features
JobsWifi offers a variety of features to help sellers succeed on the platform, including Project Milestones, Gig Subscription, and Shipping Physical Deliverables.
Project Milestones: Sellers can create Project Milestones to break down their services into smaller, more manageable tasks. Buyers can release payment for each Milestone as it is completed.
Gig Subscription: Sellers can offer Gig Subscriptions to buyers, which provide ongoing services on a recurring basis.
Shipping Physical Deliverables: Sellers can offer to ship physical deliverables to buyers, such as printed materials or merchandise.
3.7 Shipping Physical Deliverables
Sellers are responsible for shipping physical deliverables to buyers in a timely and professional manner. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about the shipping process, including tracking information.
- Buyers
4.1 Basics
Buyers on JobsWifi must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Buyers must provide accurate and complete information about themselves and their project requirements, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Purchasing
Buyers can purchase Gigs and Gig Extras on JobsWifi. Buyers must pay for the services they purchase in a timely and professional manner. Buyers can request revisions to the services provided by the seller, and can leave reviews of the seller’s services.
- Orders
5.1 Basics
Orders on JobsWifi are created when a buyer purchases a Gig or Gig Extra from a seller. Orders must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Both parties must adhere to our order policies and guidelines throughout the transaction process.
5.2 Handling Orders
Sellers are responsible for delivering the services described in their Gigs to the buyer. Buyers can request revisions to the services provided by the seller, and can cancel the order if the seller does not deliver the services as described.
5.3 Reviews
Buyers can leave reviews of the seller’s services after the order is completed. Reviews must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Disputes and Cancellations
Disputes and cancellations on JobsWifi are handled through the JobsWifi Resolution Center. Buyers and sellers can open a dispute if there is a problem with the order, and JobsWifi will mediate the dispute and make a final decision. In the event of disputes or cancellations, we provide mechanisms for resolving conflicts and addressing grievances between buyers and sellers. - User Conduct and Protection
8.1 Basics
Users of JobsWifi must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities on the platform.
8.4 Reporting Violations

Adult Services & Pornography: JobsWifi prohibits the sale of adult services and pornography on its platform.
Inappropriate Behavior & Language: JobsWifi prohibits inappropriate behavior and language on its platform, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, and discrimination.
Phishing and Spam: JobsWifi prohibits phishing and spam on its platform, including but not limited to fraudulent emails and messages.
Privacy & Identity: JobsWifi takes the privacy and identity of its users seriously, and prohibits the unauthorized use of personal information.
Authentic JobsWifi Profile: Users must provide accurate and complete information about themselves and their services on JobsWifi.
Intellectual Property Claims: JobsWifi respects the intellectual property rights of others, and prohibits the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
Fraud / Unlawful Use: JobsWifi prohibits fraud and unlawful use of its platform, including but not limited to the use of stolen credit cards and other illegal activities.
Abuse and Spam: JobsWifi prohibits abuse and spam on its platform, including but not limited to the use of bots and other automated tools.
Multiple Accounts: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts on JobsWifi.
Selling Accounts: Users are prohibited from selling their JobsWifi accounts.
8.6 Proprietary Restrictions
Users of JobsWifi must comply with all proprietary restrictions on the platform, including but not limited to copyright and trademark restrictions.
